CONSIDERATIONS & FEES

PAYMENT &  FEES:  

$60 per 45-minute session

Payment is due at the beginning of the session. (We forget at the end.)

Payment may be made for one session at a time, or for two sessions or for a month in  advance.

SCHEDULE:  Mon. – Thurs. 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. 

CANCELLATION: 

Payment is expected for any session not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.  The 24-hour notice enables me to work with another student waiting for an opening.  A week’s notice is appreciated if you know that far in advance.

After 2 or 3 sessions are cancelled without being made-up, you may choose to relinquish your regular time, or you may keep the regular time but pay an additional fee of $10 per session.

SESSIONS WITH NO HOMEWORK provide excellent opportunities to:

·         Go over previous tests/quizzes

·         Complete make-up work from absences

·         Reinforce basic skills

·         Improve organizational skills

·         Provide enrichment

Please do not cancel these valuable sessions.

TEXT BOOK

Please ask the teacher for a text that can remain at my house for tutoring sessions. 

SNOW DAYS

Please call me as early as possible on a snow day to let me know if or when your child is coming, as I tutor on show days.  Times can be flexible.  There is no charge for cancelling due to inclement weather.
